Part of its editorial on the school bus that was lost for 4 hours said, "That's because, as it now stands, companies can hire anyone to drive these buses, thanks to the elimination of the employee-protection clause by the Bloomberg administration." The title of the piece was fitting as well ... "What happens when you skimp on school buses."
