We have the February Permits Available. You must see Joe MSG or myself NO LATER than this 'Friday 2/6". Your spot is reserved till this Friday 2/6 only. If you Still want to park there, see us by Friday.  :yes: All spots are full and there is a waiting list! We have the permits with us now, so you have this week to catch up with us! Joe MSG is at the round table during the day. See him when you fuel up or give it to a driver that does see us, if it's  that hard for you to meet up with us. At least call me and I will try to meet up with you, otherwise Your spot will be given to another driver. Due to the unknown circumstance at the Halloween store and the new drivers off the master list, we now have a waiting list. It's first come, first served.

Due to the weather (ice and snow) conditions, if you own a 4x4 can you help out your fellow workers that don't have a 4x4 and park under the trees close to AKR or any other deep snowy area that another driver may have trouble getting out without a 4 wheel drive. Our policy is that if there's over 3" of snow we plow at night. But if it snows during working hours those drivers without 4 wheel drive will find it difficult to get out and go home. This will be beneficial to you also so nobody will be sliding around and you may not have to help push them to the street.  :yes:

The Owner agreed to wait till the 1st Friday of the month for US! All the other companies that rent their space there, pay on the 1st of the month.  :yes:

I have a NO spots available and already there are 5 drivers wanting a parking spot so far. First come - first served.  :cry2:

I spoke with Curves and he said he also has "No spots and a waiting list".  :cry2:

Please see us this week if you want to keep your spot.

The Owner wants to be "paid on time"!

Parking is reserved and you Need a Permit to park there, it is PRIVATE PROPERTY! Please Do Not park your car without a permit. You would be only taking another Driver's paid spot. The lot is checked daily and your car is subject to be towed at your expense. Signs are posted!  :yes:
